The books I decided to pick to read this year are focused on Family Ministry, History/Biography, Theology, Leadership and Fun (because we all need fun). I realize the books in family ministry and theology areas are a bit disproportionate to my other areas because I enjoy those areas so much. Leadership

• Turn the Ship Around!: A True Story of Turning Followers into Leaders by L. David Marquet and Stephen R. Covey
