Here’s our weekly(Ish) list of helpful blog posts:
Our friend Timothy Paul Jones made available on his site curriculum for the equipping of children’s and student ministry volunteers. It’s broken down into 7 sessions. This is a valuable resource to have and use for training … and it’s free!
Ligonier had a post entitled “A Theology of the Home”. It reads in part, “One of the primary purposes of the home is to cultivate Christlike virtues that animate who we are in private and facilitate what we do in public.” This is an important reminder for parents as well as pastors and leaders who seek to lead the next generation towards the Savior.
Fierce Marriage had a much needed post on expectations, especially within a marriage. This is a link to their podcast and starts out by asking, “Expectations are constantly at work in every marriage. The question is whether or not we’re aware of them and in agreement on what they should be.” It is well worth your time to listen to the 55+ minute podcast.
