Here's a sample of what we've been reading online this week:

Brian Hedges had a post entitled "Our Most Neglected Spiritual Discipline". The discipline he's writing about is watchfulness. He wrote, "We mustn’t only mortify sin and avoid temptation. We must also set our gaze on Jesus." This is a good post for both parents and pastors.

Dan Istvanik had a post on listing 10 ways to partner with parents. This is the responsibility of the church in general and those who are are involved with children and youth ministry specifically. Without stealing his thunder, this is a helpful list to be thinking through.

My friend, Scott Kedersha, had a post about feeling alone. His thoughts on this subject and how to overcome are really helpful. If this describes you (... and if it doesn't currently, it will soon enough), check it out.
