Here’s what we’ve been reading online recently:

The Gospel Coalition had a post on raising difficult kids. After listing 4 ways these kids are a blessing the post concludes this way, “Change may be slow. But God will use our children to make us more like Jesus.” Parenting is hard, but this post will encourage you.

Cam Hyde had a post asking the question: “Does your child desire to know Christ?”. It reads, “When we love someone, we learn about them. We love our children. Let's love them enough to learn about how they are processing spiritual things.” Parents, this a another encouraging post.

Small Church Kidmin had a post on vocational children’s ministry. It reads in part, “…  if ministry is viewed as a job, then how we measure success changes.” The post isn’t against vocational children’s ministry, it’s more about making sure the right things are focused on. Pastors you would do well to think through this.
