Here’s what we’ve been reading online this week:

Jeff Robinson had a post entitled “6 Ways to Ruin Your Children”. His 6 “don’ts” are extremely helpful. He wrote, … there are ways you can ruin your children—subtle ways that tend to show up over time.” Parents this is a helpful reminder of what’s most important.

Chris Swain had a post on the importance of discipling your staff. This is a very practical post of pastors and ministry leaders. This is kingdom work that we are all called to do.

Christina Fox had a discipleship post for parents on helping your kids through their failures. She gives 4 points that parents can and should be doing as it pertains to their kids failures. She concludes this way, “Failure is a part of life. It’s hard for all of us. But it’s important that we help our children learn and grow through it. They will fail at things; we need to teach them to fail well.” Parent’s this is a golden opportunity to point your kids towards Christ that we often let slip by. Read this post and apply it.
