Here’s what we’ve been reading online lately:

9 Marks had a post on the value of conversation … regardless of how brief they are. It reads, “In every single interaction, there’s an opportunity for Christians to influence one another, for the gospel to be conveyed and clarified and applied.” This is as true for pastors as it is for parents.

Desiring God had a post on motherhood. In it, Jani Ortlund writes, “… very soon after we welcomed our first baby home, I realized that mothering would require more of me than I could possibly give.” While this is true for parents in general, it’s especially true for moms who are typically in the daily child rearing tasks. Parents, be encouraged.

Ministry Spark had a post on building a relational ministry. It lists 4 steps that are helpful as we remember that ministry isn’t simply about information, but about transformation that only truly happens in relationships.
