It’s been a while and I’ve been dealing with the new realities of ministry during a pandemic. So without further ado, here’s what we’ve found helpful:

Our friends over on the Crossway blog had a post about the importance of family worship. We all have more time now and should be seeking to take advantage of it. This post is a short read and will encourage you.

A former youth pastor of mine, Doug Holliday had a post entitled “Viral Disciple-Making”. The post lists 7 ideas for discipling durning our current crisis; and Holliday ends the post this way, “Living and loving and leading like Jesus, in the midst of a global Coronavirus crisis, and even when this crisis has passed. That’s what disciples do. That’s who disciples are.” Check out this post.

Barnabas Piper linked to a previous post of his from 2026 about lies we tell our children. He lists 7 of them. If you’re a parent, do you hear yourself in any of these? This is a sobering post for any parent, but especially believing parents who value truth.
