Here’s what we’ve been reading online lately:

My friend Elizabeth Urbanowicz had a post on kids and world view. In the post she lists reasons why kids need comparative worldview education. She states in her conclusion, “If we want our children to be critical thinkers who faithfully follow Jesus and are prepared to confidently engage our culture, we need to train them to evaluate every truth-claim that comes their way.” She has created a curriculum to help parents and churches do just this.

CCEF had a post asking the question, “What Kind of Parent Are You?” While listing several labels associated with parenting (and the potential harm they can do); the author reminds parents of the solution, “... intentional, wise, godly parenting,” and what that looks like. Parents would do well to be evaluating how they parent.

Replicate Ministries had a post on starting discipleship groups. It’s asking and answering the question of what to look for in potential discipleship group members. It’s a good list worth the time of those who seek to take people deep in both Scripture and relationship.
